What is e-Docs?
Traditionally, a printed copy of a client document goes through a very long process before it gets into the clients possession. Documents are printed, inserted to envelope, picked-up by postal service, sorted in postal office, and after a few days (or even weeks) finally gets delivered to the client.
What's worst if that if the document has errors in it - the process repeats itself.
The point is - the traditional way of sending documents to clients wastes a huge amount of time, effort and money.

A client can permanently mark and attach a note on any part of his document. These documents (with notes attached) can be forwarded to customer service for review and verification (in case there are errors in it).

Holiday Restriction.
High-level users can implement holiday access restrictions to any user registered in the system. For example, users can be restricted access during Christmas.
Machine Restriction.
Any device can be blocked by the system - restricting users using a black-listed device from accessing the system.
